 Express Service ( 4 hour response )
 
This service covering the Sydney CBD and its adjacent area of 30Km radius guarantees that 3net technician will be at your door within 4 hours, at the latest, after receiving your call.
  • 4 hour response
  • $170 per Hour
  • Minimun 1 hour charge (Call out Fee)
    • On-site Maintenance and Hardware Replacement
    • On-site Troubleshooting, Update & Upgrade
Providing that: - The calling customer is a repeated customer
- The call is received before 2PM for the service to be carried
   out on the same day.
- We originally setup and currently maintain the system.
   
 
 Standard Service  ( per call )
 
  • Next day response
  • $120 per Hour
  • Minimun 1 hour charge (Call out Fee)
    • On-site Maintenance and Hardware Replacement
    • On-site Troubleshooting, Update & Upgrade
 
“Next Day Response”
service:
- is available only to a repeated
  and packaged service clients
- is delivered provided that 3net Technician accepts your   request for service before 5:00 pm of a business day.
- means the service will be attended to by the end of
  the next business day
Setup & Maintenance Support: - excludes third party products and services.
- is available from 8:00am to 8:00pm
  from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays
   
 
 Telephone Support ( per call )
 
  • $20 per Call - Up to 10 minutes.
  • $40 per Call - Up to 20 minutes.
 
 Premium Service ( Package )
 
  • Same day response
  • $150 per hour - minimum 1 hour charge (Call out Fee)
  • The service includes:
    • Telephone Support
    • Network Documentation and System Recovery Plan
    • On-site Maintenance and Hardware Replacement
    • On-site Troubleshooting, Update & Upgrade.
   
 

 Corporate Service ( Package )

 
  • 4 hours response time
  • $170 per hour - minimum 1 hour charge (Call out Fee)
  • Designated support team
  • The service includes:
    • Telephone Support
    • Network Documentation and System Recovery Plan
    • On-site Maintenance and Hardware Replacement
    • On-site Troubleshooting, Update & Upgrade.
 
    Warranties & Terms of Service
*All service charges include 3 months supports.
*Hardware warranties are 12 months to base (unless otherwise stated).
*All monitor & printer warranties are covered by their manufacturers.

  Our working hour is 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday excluding Public holidays.
